Los Angeles Greek Film Festival Announces Virtual Programme
The Los Angeles Greek Film Festival will run a virtual programme next month to feature the latest and best projects from Greece, Cyprus, and the network of international filmmakers of Greek descent.
Running from May 10 until May 30, the festival will showcase over 50 features, shorts, documentaries and animations on a secure platform, as well as offering a host of webinars and both live and pre-recorded Q&A sessions.
Now in its 15th year, the LAGFF has made the move into the digital world as the coronavirus pandemic continues to create issues for the film industry.
Despite these challenges, the event promises to shine a light on both up-and-coming and established names, showcasing their work to the world and making every effort to expose them to the best that LA has to offer.
Across its previous 14 years, LAGFF has celebrated the talents of over 500 filmmakers and provided quality entertainment to over 30,000 film-loving guests.
