IndieVisible Magazine Issue Two - FREE
Issue two of IndieVisible magazine is here! Full of interviews, features and listicles on everything from inventive short films to the work of the biggest names in the game. We hope you enjoy!
Here's what our editor had to say on this exciting issue:
"With independent movies smashing it at the Oscars, cinemas soon set to reopen in the UK and beyond, and loads of great low-budget movies slated for release this year, things are starting to look up for the wonderful world of film.
"A fresh start is on the horizon, and we’re celebrating it in issue two of IndieVisible magazine. We speak to a tonne of fantastic filmmakers about their exciting projects.
"On page 9, Charlie Vogelsang chats to Blake Ridder, one of the most inventive up-and-coming directors in the game, about his career so far and plans for the future. I get the run-down from Sam Landon and Katie Glaister (page 14), founders of Long Time Dead Productions, about their new company and the type of movies they’ll help to produce.
"And on page 6, we hear from Amanda Bright, co-writer and star of powerful short film The Lennox Project - which has some important things to say after a turbulent 12 months across the globe.
"Contributor Robert McFarlane gives his two cents on what makes a great group viewing experience (page 12) as lockdown restrictions ease and we can finally share movies with other actual, real-life people. And we run through the most memorable films from one of the most notorious filmmakers of all time, discussing five of the best from Darren Aronofsky (page 20).
"So we hope you enjoy this issue and (all going well) make the most of things getting back to some sort of normal - it’s long overdue."
